Costs and Deadlines

The Intervarsity 2008 fee has been set to R600.00

The indemnity form deadline is Tue 5 August

The space on the bus and in accomodation is on a first come first served basis. If you want to secure yourself a place but don't have all the cash right now the you can show us you're serious by paying a Non Refundable deposit of R200.00

• The deposit must be paid by 5 August
• Places on the bus are assigned as follows:
• • If you have fully paid then you have highest preference
  • If you have deposit paid then second highest preference
  • If you have not made a payment and you are in the formation team and you are definitely coming then you get marginal preference over other competitors who also claim to be definitely coming and haven't paid anything yet.

Final deadline for full R600.00 payment is Tue 12 August. If we don't have your money by then, you have an extra weekend to sit around and feel bored at home.

If you are making your own transport or accomodation arrangements, the fee is R400.00
