To get a personalised Excuse Letter

To get your very own photocopy signed excuse letter, for Intervarsity 2008, in pdf format in your email box you must write only the following into an email, on exactly one line separating each field by a comma.

[Name of person to address letter to],[your name and surname],[he (for guys) or she (for girls)],[email address to send it to]

I should be able to get the letters emailed within a week of you sending the request to BRTMAR016@mail.uct.ac.za
